We collect information about you when you register with us via website, calling to book an appointment, making an enquiry, visiting us, and completing a consultation form.
We also collect information when you voluntarily provide feedback and participate in competitions.
We store this information on our system such as Hostgator, Youcanbook.me, Mail Chimp and Client Central. We also hold paper consultation records in a locked filing cabinet with restricted key access.
For secure payments we currently use – PayPal, Sumup and Stripe payments.

Our newsletters sent by E – Mail and our face book page may include, a personal note from Jack, client success stories, offers, information and tips on health and wellness, exercises, advice, news and any service updates.
We take an email address and phone number when booking an appointment, for appointment reminders of which are automatically system sent.
